Forrabury and Minster Parish Council is inviting residents to share their views on biodiversity projects within the parish, including the wildflower area at the Paradise Triangle at the Tintagel road end.
Over the past few years, a small group of residents, with the Council’s consent, have been developing a managed re-wilding project at the Paradise Triangle. The aim has been to encourage the growth of wildflowers and support insects and other wildlife. As with many biodiversity initiatives, this work is still in its early stages and can take several years to become fully established.
The Parish Council has received a range of feedback from residents – both supportive and critical – and is keen to better understand the views of the wider community.
To support this, a short questionnaire has been launched. It asks for feedback on:
- The approach taken at the Paradise Triangle
- The importance of biodiversity projects within the parish
- Where such projects should be located in future
The survey is anonymous and takes only a minute or two to complete. A postcode is requested to help ensure responses reflect local views.
The results will be reviewed by the Parish Council and used to help inform future discussion and decision-making.
